Snap Grip Stand

Not as perfect as i was expecting.. Turns out, you lose a lot of magnatized grip on mag safe products compared to the older model. The vertical and horizontal stands were neat, but compromising stability on my charger or phone mount in the car wasnt worth it. I had to physically look most time to line up the magnets perfect just for my phone to stay on the mounts. Another issue I faced was that switching back and forth between vertical and horzontal stands was more effort than expected. The grip came with the magnets covered in a plastic (i assume to protect the adhesive like the older model) but when i tried to use the grip with the plastic on, the grip would just slide off from solid pressure from twisting. So i removed it and let the adhisive sit on my case. Over time it snapped in half from a month of use and had to switch back to my older grip that hasnt failed me yet. TLDR - dont buy if you dont want to sacrafice magnetic strength for more fuctionality

Just when I thought the last version couldn’t be better now theres a stand 😲 this isn’t a cheap flimsy plastic stand either. Its heavy duty metal and I thought it would be annoying on the back of my phone when I’m not using it but its thin and isn’t bulky to hold on to.

I really wanted to like this, but I have the magnetic car mount that they offer and unfortunately with this product, it is not compatible as I find that my phone constantly, it’s falling off in the mount seeing that it has less metallic space for it to stick to because of the new stand that was integrated. I believe that I will be returning this item. Stand does work pretty nice though.
