Meat is tender and has a good flavor. Steak was juicy. Would recommend. Package arrived still froze solid. Way better than meat in the grocery store. I like supporting a rancher instead mass produced meat.

Home Grown

Finding a local farm that processes what it nurtures has made us happy. Closer to living the healthy life we want for our family. So much goes into fine tuning the right balance for cattle raising for optimal flavor and texture. Didier ranch has found success in this market. Thank you Granny and entire family.
