We love tri-Tip! We debate on whether to slice and grill as steaks, or thin slice and make wonderful, healthy, delicious jerky. This time we opted for half & half.

Smoked till internal temp 120 degrees. Then a reverse sear, the best tri tip I have ever tasted….and I eat a lot of tri tip 😊😊😊😊😊

Very impressed with my first Tri Tip from Riverbend Ranch. The flavor, tenderness, and marbling like no other i have ever had. Will definitely add this to my cart again.
