My family got these for their Dad for Father's Day. I was a little skeptical of how good they could be. Wow was I wrong We might be spoiled for any other brand of steak Tender & favorful!

We have not fix the flank yet. It it is in the refrigerator thawing for this weekend. Our son and wife are coming. We moved here from a farming community in NW Ohio. The local butcher would put aside the flanks that the city folks didn’t want. We (neighbors) would grill as many as 20 flank steaks for 4th July party. Good times, good food. Looking forward to this weekend.

excellent. Did not tell my family these were different than what I normally buy at grocery store until after we ate. Everyone commented on how good it was.
