Great cut of meat. My favoriate. Tender and easy to sear . Cuts great and leftovers make great breakfast burritos and sandwiches for lunch

Riverbend Rance has such exceptional meat
I love flank steak meat but Riverbend Rance has such exceptional meat that I forget it is from the flank. It melts in the mouth adn my stomach thanks me.

The meat is beyond tender. My husband was sceptical but when we compared cost to grocery store and then the quality he was sold. Nice to know it come from a healthy happy place!
