The meat is beyond tender. My husband was sceptical but when we compared cost to grocery store and then the quality he was sold. Nice to know it come from a healthy happy place!

good stuff
Nice flavor and tender. Cut was nice and even some are really thick at one end and thin at the other. So rare and one end and well done at the other, did not have that issue!

The flanks are tender and juicy with just the right amount of fat marbling to make the flavor exceptional!
