Flank Steak

Flank steak was good, not great. It was our second one we added to our monthly subscription. The first one was a 5 star piece of meat, but the second one not the same quality. We have been subscribers for almost a year or more and love your beef, but we find the sirloin and flank steak quality inconsistent. This is the reason we have dropped both cuts from our monthly subscription. We continue to get The Sheridan monthly and thoroughly enjoy it. So I would give Riverbend 5 stars for the Sheridan bundle, but not the sirloins or flank steaks.

The flank steak was noticeably more tender and flavorful than any I’ve purchased from my local grocery store.

Really enjoy a well marinated flank steak.
