Flush Push-Up Bra

Upon receiving and inspecting the items, I found that the products are not as advertised and are not of the quality represented in the listing. In particular, all three bras are missing their sewn-in manufacturer/product tags. The tags appear to have been cut off, rather than the bras simply being manufactured without tags (picture attached) This was not disclosed in the product description or listing. The absence of the original sewn-in tags is concerning, as it prevents me from properly verifying the manufacturer, product information, sizing, and other details associated with the items. Combined with the noticeably lower quality than what was represented in the advertisement, the products I received are not what I reasonably expected to receive based on the listing. I have attempted to get in touch with merchant to return the product as I am not satisfied with my purchase, however my email keeps getting bounced back. Sent through online portal. No reaponse

I am very upset and disappointed with this retailer. First, when I received my items, the quality was extremely cheap and nothing like what I expected. Second, the sizing was completely inaccurate. I also tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but my emails indicated that the email address was “not found.” I found this extremely frustrating and concerning. Now I understand why the prices were so cheap. Based on my experience, this website does not appear to be trustworthy. I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before placing an order with this merchant. I personally would not order from them again.
