Comfortable item , really peased with the item , i ordered 2 more in different colours, only issue is the after customer service, who dont respond to emails, even though they offer refunds its hard to get in touch with the Company for returns

The bras are an odd fit with small/narrow cups regardless of the correct band size. The return process is not easy. 6 days and 6 emails later and i still have not been sent a return address. Plus, be mindful that you have to pay for shipping when returning. They also took 3 weeks to arrive.

Bought 4 of these for the wife, bought the correct back and cup size based on the size guide, tried one on and there was a huge gap under neath, contacted them immediately, now a week or more on and still no resolution. Offered 30% refund and to not have expense of returning items and then had that recinded. Id avoid in future purely based on customer service alone. Very dissastified
