Office Elegance - Wireless Push-up Bra

The bras unfortunately didn’t work for us. They were much thicker and bulkier than expected, and the fit wasn’t great. Customer service did offer to send a different size or provide a partial refund, which I appreciate, but the issue is really the style and thickness rather than just the size. My biggest frustration is that it wasn’t clear when ordering that getting a full refund could require expensive return shipping. I asked if there was another, less bulky style they could recommend instead, but I’m still waiting to hear back. The bras may work well for someone looking for this particular style, but I wish the return policy and potential return shipping costs had been much clearer before purchasing.

The products i received are great. Their customer service is awful and possibly none existent. Unfortunately i was left feeling like it was more about the money then the satisfaction of the customer.
