I am using the LT5 poles for my thru hike of the CDT and they are absolutely fantastic! The poles are extremely light weight but still provide a ton of support. Definitely are my go to poles from now on!!

The middle section of one of my LT5s failed. It kept getting shorter despite cleaning and closing it as tight as I can. I put the new section in but have not tried it on the trail yet. Who knows. For the record I do not like twist lock poles.
