I needed a small bolt for my (wonderful) Ergon GA3 grips. Not the kind you can find at the hardware store. Ergon sent me one right away. Super easy and a great experience.

Great company.
These guys are great. Purchased a set of grips on the Internet. They were missing the little bolts that tighten them to the handlebar. I reached out and they quickly sent me replacement. Would definitely purchase again from Ergon
