Solid Commuter Tire

I put these on my hardtail MTB to ride around town and in the neighborhood with my kids so as to not destroy my knobby trail tires. They are great for this application. My only knock on them is that they are heavy tires. I imagine this is due to the puncture resistance, but I was surprised by just how heavy they are.

First time using this tire - 700 x 28 and initial thoughts are that this tire is on the small size for a 28 width. (I’d get a 32 next time). Rolling resistance feels very low and that’s using pressures in the mid-50s (psi). Having not seen this tire in person before purchasing, I was very surprised to see how small and tight the siping is - the photo makes it look much more aggressive than what it actually is.

Great tire but ended up being smaller width then preferred for winter.

Great summer tire that I will use next summer bur a little too small for winter. Will order larger width next time
