I love everything I’ve tried so far from Brown Pearcy Cattle Co and your beef tallow has a high smoke point and a rich flavor, it is perfect for high-heat searing the best steaks I’ve ever tasted with a restaurant-like crust. I’ve heard I can add your high quality beef tallow to make flakey delicious biscuits .. I’m about to try this for my Sunday Brunch after church with my family!

Hello, This is Deb. In KY YES, on my meat!! 🥩🍔I haven’t got back to ya been busy on farm before weather gets to us during night tonight. I have cooked A Steak & I didn’t Share ❗️👍😜🐂It was delicious. I fixed some Ground Beef in skillet & shared it with friends because I made a skillet dish I grew up fixin’. In Texas we called it BarB Q Beans ( it is The ground beef, after cooking , you add Van camp pork n beans, & Pinto Beans & ( I sometimes add one can of to-tel tomatoes diced ) flavor with your favorite Bar -B -Q sauce let it cook slow on low to simmer & stir occasionally . Then just serve it up👀😎🤠Hope this helpful! I truley like the meat. My steak 🥩was really good👍🤠

Your tallow has a mild beefy aroma and is a convenient high temp fat for frying. As I learn about using tallow, I would like to know if tallow always tends to spatter and pop so much ?
