This Muji Sugar Beet Biscuit has become a nice go-to snack. The biscuits have a light, delicate crunch and a subtle natural sweetness from the sugar beet that isn't overpowering, which makes them easy to snack on without feeling too heavy or sugary. The texture is a bit crumbly in a satisfying way, and they pair nicely with a cup of tea or coffee. The simple ingredient list is a plus, and the flavor comes through as genuinely natural rather than artificial. I'm giving four stars instead of five because the box doesn't reseal well once opened, so the biscuits can go slightly stale if not transferred to another container, and a bit more sweetness would round things out nicely for those with more of a sweet tooth. Still, overall this is a tasty, simple snack that I'd happily buy again.
