My New Fave

The first gen Feldom is one of my all time Freet favorites, immediately very comfortable with terrific ground feel and flexibility. The fit as expected, the 38 was perfect on my 238 x 96 feet. So far I've hiked and played disc golf and have been quite pleased with their performance and feel, effortlessly connected to the environment. I think I've figured out Freet's sizing chart, so as long as I order what the chart says, my foot measurement plus 5 or so mm) and also check the recommendations (consider sizing up/down/order your regular size) they fit great. Shoe width is 6 or mm bigger than the insole. Most Freets at size 38 will fit 88 to 96 or sometimes even 98mm in width. I wish Freet listed a fitting width range in their sizing charts. Anyway, completely pleased and will order more Freet shoes.

Feldom

I needed a pair of shoes for the gym that had more structural support than my Kelds, so I ordered the Feldom. These were pretty comfortable right out of the box. That's what I love about all the Freets I've purchased over the past 4 years, there's no break-in period. These have been great during my workouts and when I need to do city walking.

My New Go-to Trail and Disc Golfing Shoe

First the fit was great as far as length. I'm 24.2 cm in length and the 39 was just what I expected. I am 9.8 cm wide and they were a bit snug for the first 20 hours of wearing, but think they'll wear in just fine though if I had a magic wand I would make them a few mms wider. That said I do think they will be perfect for my outdoor adventures here in the high desert of Oregon. Second, I really like the way they feel and I think they look even better than they do on the website. Smart, up scale and utterly sporty. I actually think I like the vibe and fabric of the Feldom better than the Feldom 2.
