Amazing Customer Service!
My order made it all the way to my local area, but due to a shipping carrier error, it ended up heading in the completely wrong direction. When I reached out to Dekaf, they immediately dispatched a replacement. I was incredibly impressed by their swift and wonderful response. I’m definitely going to keep buying from them! On top of that, I absolutely love these coffee beans—they are so delicious. The aroma and richness are off the charts, and you’d never guess it’s decaf. Plus, knowing it’s a chemical-free process gives me total peace of mind while drinking it.

Tasty!
I have this and a couple others on rotating subscription! I gave up caffeine in December 2025 and have no solid plans to go back. Dekaf is so great and makes decaf coffee exciting!

One of my Favorites
Purchased a sampler of six coffees. This was one of my favorites, not too weak, not too strong. Have purchased additional coffees to try, but this one, so far, is the best.
