I would avoid purchasing directly from this company’s website. Be sure to read the terms carefully, as your purchase may automatically convert into a subscription if you don’t opt out. In my experience, the company processed a renewal order at approximately 4:00 AM, and when I contacted customer service, they claimed they couldn’t cancel or assist with the order despite it having just been processed. That experience was frustrating and left me disappointed with their customer support. The product itself was decent, but it wasn’t significantly better than comparable alternatives to justify dealing with the subscription practices and poor customer service. I would recommend purchasing through another retailer or considering a different product altogether.

I ordered 8 cans to try. Now i have 8 more going to waste. had absolutely no idea I was signing up for a subscription. It feels intentionally designed to trick customers into recurring orders. The cancellation process on the website is frustratingly difficult, which only reinforces that impression. I ordered 8 cans simply to try the product—not to be enrolled in an ongoing subscription. Now another shipment of 8 cans is on its way and will likely go to waste because I never intended to keep receiving them. A company should earn repeat customers by making a great product, not by relying on confusing subscription tactics and making cancellation a hassle. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in your company, and I won't be ordering again.

I like the burn and somewhat the flavor could use more of both. Flavor doesn't last very long either. And only 15 pouches thats only like 3 days.
