Brown & Pearcy’s Prime Ground Beef has excellent beef flavor and a wonderful texture. The 90/10 blend is lean without being dry and cooks beautifully without leaving excessive grease behind. It arrives securely packaged and frozen, and the quality is noticeably better than ordinary grocery-store ground beef. We have been extremely impressed with Brown & Pearcy and will definitely continue ordering from them.

This was the best ground beef I have had in years. I wasn't very happy about a few other things I ordered, but this was awesome and so was the bacon, so far. I still haven't tried everything I ordered yet.

Flavor, Freshness, Quality is spot on. My hubs said it had a weird texture, and it fell apart when I cooked his, tastes grainy, nope I said bad taste buds lol, I say they were excellent keep up the GREAT WORK! And yes, I will be reordering.
