Perfect right out of the crate

The unit came packaged really well, had all the parts, and was undamaged. Working alone, I had it together in under an hour. Once I had it together, I plugged it in, hooked it up to Wi-Fi, checked for updates, and did the burn-in. I loaded it up with a 9 lb pork butt and did an overnight cook for 12 hours. The app and temperature control were simple to use and worked flawlessly. The next weekend, I did 3 babyback racks and grilled some ribeyes as well. I'm a diehard charcoal guy for steaks, but the BB1200 does a great job when I don't have time to mess with charcoal. It easily hits an honest 500-600. It does sear, but it's not equivalent to a flame sear. Overall, I'm very happy with it. The build quality is excellent, and so far it functions perfectly. I look forward to using it for years to come.

Awesome Pellet Grill!

Very happy with my purchase of the Backyard Beast 1200! Plenty of cooking space for the family or guests and love the consitent heat it kicks out. I am having fun cooking again. Highly recommend!
