I loved how it was shipped, no damage. The assembly was easy and it's built well. not yet used it yet, but very pleased so far....

Used the grill twice on the third use the control board quit called customer service about warranty and it’s been more than a month still no part

I absolutely love it so far. I had previously owned a pitboss and can say the quality, accuracy, and overall reliability exceeds expectations.
