No more ankle pain!
I'm a 75 year old runner and avid exerciser. I was starting to get pain in one of my ankles and just thought I was overexercising. After using KT tape for a week, I realized my Protalus insoles were getting too worn out and it was time for new ones. When the new insoles were used my foot and ankle felt better and the pain was gone in a week. I love these insoles.

My feet love them
Admittedly I don't have a ton of experience with other brands, but my feet (and) body absolutely love Protalus.

They work well with Brooks shoes, but in my Hokas, i feel like it makes my heels slip up and down a bit.
