Saucettes

These sausages have a lot going for them: they're an excellent source of protein, tasty, and like Loma Linda's frankfurter products, they are all of one piece. In this regard they're not quite on the level of the Field Roast products which crisp up better, but far superior to the Beyond Sausage product which all too often have their outer "skin" disengage from the rest of the sausage for an unpleasant mouthfeel. All in all, they have become my go-to breakfast sausage.

My grandkids love to have this product for breakfast along with fried potatoes and eggs. So good with ketchup!
