Great Pre Workout

Bought as part of the “Strength Stack” in Pink Lemonade flavor. This pre workout shows 200 mg of caffeine and thought this would be a good product to try as a way to taper off from higher dose caffeine products. I had some apprehension with using a lower caffeine dose product as I might not respond as well with lower caffeine, however, I was quite surprised that this still packed a good punch and got me stoked for my workouts. I found that this formula is quite effective even at a lower caffeine amount per serving if you’re trying to taper off higher caffeine products. The focus and energy felt sustained and consistent throughout the entirety of my workouts. No flatness, crash, or feeling of burn out.

I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and this is hands down the best one. The energy is smooth, the focus is incredible, and there’s no crash afterward. It gives me exactly what I need for tough workouts without feeling jittery. Great flavor, mixes easily, and the pumps are noticeable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality pre-workout.
