Recovery at its best!!
The Post is a good follow up and finisher with this stack. Good flavor easy to get down fast or taking my time post workout. Although I I have other post type supplements with EAA’s in it but ima stick with this for some time!! Love this product and the whole stack!!!!

Flavor is ehhh.
But had 1.5hr weight training and Then went an played 18holes of golf. And this stuff definitely feels the void of the after workout slump.
