Flavor was not very strong I could mostly taste a green tea flavor, it gets the job done.

I am OBSESSED with Dash Preworkout 😍🔥
First of all… it is DELICIOUS. Like actually delicious. Not the “chug it and survive” kind… the sip it and want more kind! The flavor is smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet or chalky (huge win 🙌).
The energy hits clean and steady! No jitters, no crash, just that perfect “let’s gooo” feeling. I feel focused, strong, and ready to crush my workout instead of dragging myself through it.
