Great taste and value

I bought the cull tails to make different lobster dishes like newburg and thermidore. The tails that arrived are in great shape and a couple look like they are at the extreme limit in size for Maine. I have cooked a batch of Newburg and them lobster is fantastic and very sweet. Will definitely be back for more. Do you sell wholesale for restaurant use?

They were good but the problem I had was I received one large tail and 3 small tails. I did request them to be all about the same size. I had a party of 6 people, so I could not serve them due to the fact I did not want to start cutting up the big one for my guests. I wanted them to be all about the same size because it looks nicer.
