Fantastic addition to the mix. Both sizes are very useful…strapping in and having the rope lock around the wrist allows a better focus on muscle recruitment for what you really want to focus on. Got them for my flywheel setup so I couldn’t slip grip with high intensity and I found myself using them for much much more

Really sturdy rope but really soft on the hands... and like everything else they sell, high quality materials. Comes with 2 ropes, the long one is long enough to do any mobility work you can think of.

compact, convenient, and easy to carry around.
One minor problem: the power cable is hard to plug into the device. The hole is hidden a little deep and hard to align with the usb cable.
