BRISKET SLIDERS

I kept seeing these pop up on my feed and decided to try the brisket and beef sliders. I've always liked jerky, but it can be tough to chew and makes my jaws ache at times. And then I have to floss after eating because the fibers get lodged between my teeth. So I thought this would be great to try and make a substitute to jerky. That being said when I tried them, at first I didn't like them I'll admit. It mostly had to do with the texture of the chip as I chewed on it, it felt grainy. I do understand that the process used in making these chips is way different than with jerky. I don't know if it's just a texture thing with me, but the flavor is there! Honestly just the right amount of salt. I just wish there was some fat to balance it. The more I eat, the more I get used to this new texture, perhaps in the future I'll try some of the other choices. This was just to get my foot through the door.

This was my first time trying the brisket sliders. They were delicious. I was traveling and needed to have something with me for snacking. They did not disappoint. Try them you will really enjoy them.

Absolutely amazing.

I couldn’t have been more happy with these. I have certain dietary restrictions that make it hard to eat at work or on the go a lot. These were a life saver and absolutely delicious. My wife ate the cracklings and I devoured the sliders. Will be ordering more every single month for my work snacks. Couldn’t be happier. Was skeptical about the price and how much u actually get in the bag but it was worth every penny
