We always order oysters from you for special occasions. Oysters always arrive on schedule and in perfect condition. We favor the briny so this order included Pemaquid, Walrus & Carpenter and Birch Point. All were delicious and would highly recommend to anyone that favors the briny. Little tougher to shuck, but very tasty! Super fresh.

Excellent choice. Nice size and briny. I had a dozen as soon as they arrived. Most of the remainder I grilled according to the Drago of New Orleans recipe. They were outstanding. I would definitely order these again.
