Never received it

Please check if you have any glitches in your system. I took out my old address last month and it was still sent my old address. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to receive it from them. I contacted your company several days ago to see if it was fixed this time and no one has responded . If I don’t receive an email from someone from your company in 48 hours I will be canceling my subscription and will be ordering it from someplace else. The product is great. I get it a one star because I didn’t receive a response of my concern. (I also checked in my spam and trash folder. )
