Exchange on the companion diffuser

I have several potion and twig diffusers in my house, including two of the smaller ones for smaller spaces. I recently reached out to customer service when one of them quit working and Emily quickly responded that she would send out a replacement. I consider this top-notch customer service. Thank you very much Emily for your help.

This diffuser worked great at home in my bedroom. However after putting it in my vehicle to take to my office, it won’t diffuse the scent now? I have emailed support and can’t get anyone to respond.
