Scentify Plug-in Diffuser V2

The absolutely most beautiful fragrance that makes our home smell like a high end spa! We love it so much we ordered a second diffuser and subscribed for the refills! AHMAZZZZING!!!

I was unable to set up with my phone. I still have it bought more oil for it but is unable to connect to device. Its just sitting in closet. I unsubscribed due to orders arriving without my permission, Scentify set up an subscription. Is there a way I can send item back and exchange with another diffuser? I would gladly appreciate it. I spent quite a bit of money on the diffuser and not being used. Please fix problem thanks
