Numerous issues with setti g app even after numerous attempts to instruct me. Was charged to speak with their technician but found out they work for independent company. Did get refund of $43 for one question. Their return and replacement policies are awful. Didnt realize the warranty option was available as i didnt fill out any warranty info. Eventually found out it was automatic. I love the pink but not able to set a schedule. You live and you learn. I may have not paid attention closely. Follow up eventually came rolling in, but I just moved on to something else.

I love the diffuser itself. However, dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. After a couple of weeks, the diffuser just stopped working. I failed a warranty claim, but I've heard nothing back and attempts to contact. Customer support have been met with frustrating results. They don't even read the messages. I'm sending they just respond with completely unhelpful information. I was told the diffuser I bought a month ago was no longer eligible for a warranty claim even though the warranty is six months. They weren't even looking at my order. I reached out to find out what was going on because I hadn't heard anything and each time I get a response it's clear that the people I'm talking to have no idea what's going on.

Ive been with scentiment since 2018 and they have upgraded their diffusers. I still have my older one too. I love these. And i love their scents.
