This equipment is for people who have calves muscles and just want to make them more firm or bigger. My calf muscles are completely atrophied after wearing foot drop braces for over 20 years. I do not have the strength to push down that pedal on that calf buster. You should let people know that you have to have calves to be able to use this equipment. Equipment has been returned and payment refunded
