Beautiful arrangement, but way overpriced and delivered late

Beautiful arrangement — but honestly way overpriced for the size delivered and delivery was late. The ad photo made it look huge (shown being held by a person for scale), yet the actual arrangement was much smaller than shown in the ad. While the flowers themselves were fresh and well-designed, the scale didn’t match the marketing and similar arrangements (size, quality) from other florists I've worked with have cost far less. I also paid extra for a specific delivery window, and although it was only about 30 minutes late, it was still outside the paid timeframe. Lovely work, just not worth the price for what you actually receive.
