Wood Pulp Proofing Baskets

I havevalways used a "typical" basket. These wood pulp proofing baskets are a game changer for me. They look way different than I was used to and that is a fantastic thing! They don't let your dough sit in "wet" sprinkle a little rice flour in them and your dough comes right out. I bought 2. Both medium. I am going back for 2 more...small this time. Highly recommend 👌

I worried how well these would work without the typical cloth lining the basket. They work great! I just need to make sure they are floured very well and the bread dough comes out super easy!
