These are my new favourite sandals. I wish I knew about ZuZu before I undertook a 2000 mile pilgrimage to Rome last year. As someone who only wears sandals or goes barefoot every day these are a great choice. Perfect balance for me of ground feel and protection.

I love these sandals. I do long pilgrimages and have always struggled with what footwear to wear as shoes tended to cause blisters for being too narrow and being uncomfortable for having too much heel drop. I switched to zero drop sandals and they were so much better on my feet. However all the high quality zerodrop sandals on the market had a string that would sit between the large toe. My toe would start to rub and become uncomfortable after a few hundred miles. ZuZu drift sandals have completely eliminated this problem with the strap over the top of the foot. Not only is it painless, I can also wear socks with it without having to get toe socks. I also find the wide sole to be extremely nice for my wide feet. And the fabric on the sole of the shoe is comfortable and prevents me from getting sweaty feet like a rubber sole would. It has very nice tred which helps a lot with keeping a good grip while hiking. If I had to give a couple of minor flaws with the sandlas I'd say the plastic triangular peice on the top of the foot can minorly rub the top of your foot especially when going uphill. I never found this too much of a problem especially when i loosened the top strap. And my foot got used to it over time. Second is they aren't waterproof. Get them wet, and they will take a couple hours to dry. I always would keep another rubber pair of sandals on me when I crossed rivers on my pilgrimage. Lastly I would say they're a little thin on the sole. This isnt a problem for me, as the thin sole strengthend my feet and necer caused discomfort, but if you like a thick coushie sole then these might not be the sandals for you. Overall I absolutely love these sandals and would highly recommend for anyone who loves zero drop and a stylish look.

I just wore Zuzu Drift for months on my walks across a few different countries and they were great - comfortable enough for someone with past injuries, no scratching of the skin around the straps, and even more secure on the foot than the other models. They were even light enough for me while swimming in the Adriatic Sea, but they didn't feel too slippery while walking back onto the beach in Croatia (even with all the little pebbles). My pair has the sage-colored straps and they actually go well with so many different colors!
