Snuggle & Serve Set

Partial Order Received

I purchased the “Snuggle & Serve Set” and the “First in Line Personalize Duffle Bag” for a friend. The order only arrived with the Snuggle and Serve Set. The purchase order has both items listed, but for some reason they forgot to include the duffle bag during shipment. I sent multiple emails, but haven’t gotten a reply. It’s too bad, because my friend loved the set; especially the blanket. I just wished the order was fulfilled completely. For that reason, I give them a low rating. Update: The company responded and apologized for the mistake and shipped the missing item out expeditiously! They were very professional, sent tracking information and follow up emails. My friend was very happy and thankful. Thank you!
