My son explained this to me so I tried it and it's really good. I've been taking it for a couple months so I had bought some at a higher price than the membership price in the and I'm using those up first so I postponed my first delivery until September because I have stock already. I do like the membership thing and to be sent once a month. I do like that I just have extra and I don't see any point of buying more right now. However, it works really good and I use some good creatine at the same time I mix it the same thing and the combination seems to be great. I'm 64 years old and I'm really good with numbers except that has been fading and now it's coming back really well by the way.

Shipping was good, I actually like the taste of the blood orange...not sweet. I did start out with the full dose and had to back off a little because of some initial GI issues. Have taken another mineral supplement so I thought my body was accustomed to minerals. That said, it probably means this product has more than I was taking. I gave 4 stars as I can't say I feel any different or have seen any benefits such as better sleep, energy, etc. Some people have reported miraculous benefits in a short time but I am not in that camp. I will continue to take (got 2 month supply) and hopefully I will get some results that let me know my body is aborbing and benefiting from this product.

Optimize minerals powder

The product is great the only problem I had was the new containers it seemed like they would be better but I guess the shipping was a bit rough I ordered 4 and when they showed up one of the containers lids were popped open with the powder spilling out into the plastic seal. So my only issue is with the shipping and the new containers. Need to find a way to secure the lids better or pad the box to help off set the lack of care from the people who are shipping the product never had any issues with the bags.
