Terrible Taste, Texture, & No Results

Save your money. I gave this product a full 30 days, hoping I would notice some kind of difference, but honestly, I felt no difference at all. To make matters worse, the taste is absolutely terrible. It tastes nothing like berry and is so unpleasant and off-putting that I had to force myself to drink it. The texture is just as bad. It’s extremely grainy, doesn’t fully dissolve, and the powder settles at the bottom no matter how much I mix it. I followed the directions exactly and used room-temperature RO water. When I contacted customer service, I was told to use warm water to help it dissolve. Honestly, the thought of drinking this warm is disgusting. The flavor is already difficult to tolerate at room temp, and mixing it warm doesn’t make it more appealing—it makes the idea of drinking it even worse. I shouldn’t have to turn a product into warm tea just to make it somewhat tolerable. The customer service has been equally frustrating. Responses have been short and impersonal, with no apology or real acknowledgment of my concerns. I’ve also been made to jump through unnecessary hoops to have the “satisfaction guarantee” honored. I genuinely wanted to like this product and expected the company to stand behind it. Unfortunately, terrible taste, awful grainy texture, no noticeable results after 30 days, and disappointing customer service makes this absolutely not worth it. I cannot recommend OM.

Replaced so much

I replaced three different supplements with this product with no loss of energy or productivity and I generally fell better all day than I did prior to taking Optimize Minerals. I replaced Menerals, Methylated Folate, and base electrolytes.

I like it, but it still "clumps" in the new container.

I use this daily along with other supplements. I used it when it came in a pouch and now that it comes in a container. But is still clumps, have you guys tried including a couple more silica packets in the container? It is a premium product and would be nice if it would not clump,
