After seeing your commercial on TV, I gifted 5 for Christmas. All were size LG and XL, for grown sons and grandsons.
Choosing the sizes was the hardest part. I lucked out and, after a father and son switched LG/XL , everyone had a perfect fit!
The XL was too big for a 7 3/4 hat size; maybe consider that when ordering.
No one was familiar with the hats, so the guys were really dazzled when I showed them what was inside! They loved them! Very soft and comfortable.

The sizing seems a bit off. I’ve ordered several before and the large always fits and now the face mask portion seems “shorter” had to get on. Wish I would have ordered xl now
