F4 rack with pulley system is amazing! Exactly what me and the wife needed for the garage, had issue with original purchase (changed my mind lol ) and John from customer service was super helpful in helping me cancel end expedite my order for the F4 rack. Easy to set up also and holds up very well.

apparently an improved version F4 which comes as a surprise. With added weight plate holders in front side of cage and loaded weights, it feels really solid when doing chin up pull. 2" plate holder sleeves now comes with set screw which secure it from sliding out when unloading weights. Protection bars now come with pin at the end preventing it from accidentally sliding out. Happy with my purchase.
