This is a great way to step into the fresh milled flour game. We wanted to try this before investing in a mill. We’ve loved everything we’ve made with the flour. I’ve even graduated to buying berries and milling our own, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy milled flour again if I needed something specific for a recipe.

Great flours

This was my first time ordering, and I really enjoyed the variety of flowers. I used them to make sourdough and I used all of them. I also made a pie crust with one of the 00s. I really enjoyed the different flavors that the flours bring.
