A Worthwhile Experiment

When I realized Lofta carried Stelo CGM, which I had been exploring through other services in conjunction with GLP-1 injections, it seemed like a great use of my rewards points to better understand my body. I have not used it to chase any particular response, but as a two week journey into seeing how my body reacts to the choices I regularly make. The Stelo app is great; insightful and super informative without making just another "achievement" dashboard that so many wellness apps center around.

Tape is a little tricky

The gun places the monitor beautifully. I barely feel it. The monitor measures the interstitial fluid glucose level about 10 mg above my blood glucose. That is great with me. Since I am doing carb coverage, I love the fact that the monitor allows me to be vigilant and kept my A1C in a good range. When I insert it the green plastic tape cover sticks to the tape so we'll, that I need assistance to remove it. One hand won't remove it easily.

Have not used sensor yet due to vacation, but good shipping timing. Got here faster than expected
