Home Sleep Study
The device was very easy to set up and put on, and did not cause any discomfort during my night of sleep. Results were returned quickly, and were fairly easy to understand after reading through the details about each of the data points.
I would have liked to use the device across multiple nights to get a clearer picture of variations in sleep patterns. The post-test consultation with a specialist was not very helpful. She ran through the results quickly and merely confirmed my understanding.

Best Study
This is my third at-home sleep study over the past six years, and I've used a different provider each time. By far, the Sleep Doctor at-home sleep study was the easiest and most user-friendly experience.
The instructions were clear, setup took only a few minutes, and the equipment was comfortable enough that it didn't interfere with my sleep like some previous tests. The entire process—from ordering to receiving the kit and returning it—was straightforward and well organized.
