I love using this electrolyte stick daily to stay hydrate, more than just hydration. I can physical tell a difference when I don't use them. Plus when I'm tried of just drinking water, I have the berry flavored one to use, a heathy replacement for soda.

We have known about the importance of hydration for many years (e.g., remember when Gatorade "splashed" on the market) but the clearer facts from science supporting hydration has not been caught in the markets . . . probably because "it doesn't taste good," "no one will pay that price," "doesn't have a long shelf life." It is said, "necessity is the mother of invention" but in this case, it was my necessity. Getting older . . . not slowing down (purposefully), need to find good products to replenish the body. Found it . . . Optimal Electrolyte Sticks. Good for me and they even taste good!
