Great day pack!

This makes a great day pack or running pack. Hugs the body well and you can secure all the pockets well to keep items/bottles from bouncing around. Very comfortable to wear and there is a lot of room for adjusting the fit and straps. Only a couple of minor complaints: -The zippered pocket on the vest advertised as being able to fit a phone in....nowhere near big enough for most phones today....maybe one of those foldable phones or old flip phones. -the loops that are supposedly for trekking poles are a single loop, unless you can keep your poles perfectly balanced in there at all times, they are kinda pointless. None of the cons make this a bad pack. There is no perfect pack for every single person. This one checks off most of the boxes for me, so it is a keeper!

I am 6'3 220 pounds have size L and fits right! There is straps that should be adjusted for comfort! I use this pack mainly riding my Brompton G line to camp sites and basic hiking 10 miles! My Bike camping goes 20-25 miles ride to camp site stay for 2 days and ride back home! This backpack does it for me! Cellphone pocket! As I have Samsung flip it fits perfectly but I see concern where people complaining about size of pocket!! Will add that soft running bottle I use Salmon 500ml fits right but they are tight! I use packing pods and fits my hammock, camping kitchen, food, sleeping pad and chair! Ome pocket for extra bottle of water while other is occupied by chair! Also I have my rain jacket and extra tshirts! One thing what I would change is wider hip belt, doesn't have to have pockets but be wider more robust would be great especially when hiking!
