I bought two, one for my backyard and one for my front yard, as we were doing a lot of traveling this summer. It’s been exceptionally hot and my plants are thriving. Not having to worry has been such a relief and the weather sensor is phenomenal. I’m so glad I found this.

Terrible product deserves zero stars

I'm done with the Rachio hose valve controller system. I now have over 50 hours of my time invested in this system and it keeps failing. Rachio has sent me replacement parts and it keeps failing. The entire technology stack has problems and basically during system rebuilds every 72 hours or so I have to start from scratch. This whole experience has been one massive disappointment. I will be reaching out to customer service to begin the return and refund process. I have used a Rachio sprinkler controller for years and it works great. I bought this system based on that experience, but it has become a total letdown. I don't think I will ever trust Rachio again if they can sell this terrible system that is nothing but failure and rebuilding. I wish I could give it zero starts or eve n negative starts. It is that bad from an experience perspective. I just don't have time anymore to deal with this poor excuse from Rachio. Never again will I promote Rachio.

Rachio is great!

I use the Rachio hose timers and valve to keep our plants happy during the hot dry Florida weather and can control it when I'm home or on the road. They are durable and My first ones have been in serves for 3 years now.
