SUCH A POOR SERVICE

I ordered my ropes on July 1st (and paid of course..). As of today I haven't received them yet and neither the shipping company nor Cross Rope have contacted me. To solve the problem I have tried to contact instead the shipping company without success and I contacted also Cross Rope customer service uselessly as they didn't provide more info nor and moreover solved the problem. Incredible poor service.. And I am leaving in few days for holidays without my ropes so I guess I will have to cancel my order and I will not be able to train as I planned. So disappointing.

Great experience

The crossropes are a ton of fun. Really snappy, the handles are awesome, and the mat makes a big difference in keeping the ropes fresh. The 1/4 pound rope is perfect for what I use it for, but the 1/2 pound is a great workout too! I’m looking forward to trying out the speed ropes and maybe even the heavier ones!

I am really impressed with the jump ropes. The weight of both are perfect and I love that you can change ropes easily. I bought the lean set and the mat for aerobics. I am 67 and needed to boost my heart rate because my dogs walk too slow to provide enough cardio.
