Great quality, nice weight, but the battery drops to 15% within 30 minutes; I have to keep it on the charger and to get the app to sync with the cup requires multiple on/off attempts.

Treasured by my wife! But needs replaceable battery
My wife really loves this, uses it every morning. It allows her to drink her coffee hot at her own pace. It world get five stars except for having to buy a new one every three years since the battery isn’t made to be replaced. It’s not so much the cost, but it does seem wasteful.

Almost great
The Ember Cup works as advertised but will probably not see much use. Mine doesn’t have a handle and is awkward to hold. If I had gotten the handled cup I would be using it every day. Too bad mine will spend most of its useful life on the shelf.
