Exactly what I needed

The product is well build, super sturdy and solid, need a better app or integration with our cellphones, other than that is exactly what you are looking for. The best relation between what you pay for and what you get. Value for your money!

Everything is perfect expect. Screen doesn’t wake on sleep mode. Have to unplug or switch on and off.

Almost every time I place the unit on sleep mode, the next day when getting on it and tapping the screen, volume buttons, start and stop, emergency switches, nothing seems to wake the screen up. It will start moving on start but screen will still be black. I have to switch it on on and off. Not sure if it needs a software update, there is a hardware issue, or something is not functioning properly. Please reach out to address. Unit is a few weeks old. Has had this issue since day 1.

I absolutely love my STEPR PRO. As someone who has had an emergency c-section in the past year. This STEPR has allowed me time to workout again with low impact. Total game changer and amazing for mental and physical health. I am so happy with it in my space!
