This thing is amazing. I run a kamado joe classic 2 and took years to buy this thing cause it already holds temp really well. Finally pulled the trigger and I don't have any regrets. First cook the temp only varied like 2 degrees over the course of 11 hours. Was able to go to costco in the middle of the cook and keep an eye on it too!

Worth every penny

I’ve cooked on just about everything over the years, vertical smoker, electric smoker, Big Green Egg, stick burner offset, gas grill, Blackstone. I didn’t need another grill taking up space, but I did want that “set it and forget it” option for my Egg. I’ve tried a controller/fan setup before and honestly wasn’t impressed. It didn’t last and was always dropping connection, so I was a little skeptical about trying this one. Glad I gave it a shot. I’ve used it for long overnight smokes and quick 2–4 hour cooks, and it’s been rock solid. Today I pulled meat off the Egg, moved it into the oven, and just brought the controller inside with the probes still in, didn’t miss a beat. The app is super easy to use, sends me text notifications, and I’ve had zero connection issues. I keep it running on my phone and on an iPad in the kitchen so I can glance at it as I walk by. This thing just works. Highly recommend.
