Great machine. Lighter than I expected.
I have enjoyed all things with the machine. I am have a problem with hamstrings raises. The machine does it. I just not use to the it. Far as the cables go. They are easy and do not take long. Much quicker than taking plates off and on. I love the fact the seat slides back and forth when you want it to. Makes it easy for doing presses. Up a few inches or back. I have now regrets with this bench. I was prepared to buy another one just for benching. This does it all. Force has done a great job in all aspects to their products. From sales to delivery and quality.

The bench is well-built and designed. It is also a bit heavy as benches go, and sometimes tedious to keep moving around if you are in a small space, like a single car garage. Expect there to be a learning curve to get used to using the bench with the cabling correctly, as well as when the horizontal stabilizer bar is needed, but it does get easier as you go. I wish there was a couple of side handles to hold onto for leg press, and also to help you rise up vertically after a tough set of hack squats. Only because of the lack of handles to help with mobility for older folks do I give a 4 out of 5 - it is still the best bench out there overall that I could find.

Great/high quality
Solid piece of equipment. Swapping out the cables was not expected and longer than a standard weight bench. In my tight space I would have went with a standard bench. The length is necessary for everything it includes obviously but wish there was a way we did have to swap the cable depending on what functionality you’re using.
