I purchased the double roller mono lift arms. Well built with great materials. The fit was perfect. Function was what was described and it’s just what I needed for bench presses. The new improved double roller set up is a great thing when lifting very heavy. Roll it right into place. When lifting you can lift straight up and I feel that is better than always having to clear my j cups like before . I did feel as though I had to change the 3 bolts on each end of the mono lift arms because it would catch the weight plates if perhaps you got off center during a lift which sometimes happens when a dominant arm takes over on your set . And when it hits the large protruding head of the bolt it throws off your lift. I replaced them with almost flush button head alan bolts. So now if I get off center it just skins over it does not catch the sharp angles of the bolt head and throw off your lifting momentum. I believe these helped me increase my bench weight number which I’m extremely happy about.
